Anyone have a brace they recommend for mild inflammation and soreness? Happened a couple of times after I hiked 5+ miles. Lasts about a week, but my pups have to be walked a couple miles everyday, so I’d like to find a good brace to make it easier to avoid the soreness or at least help it ease faster while still walking a couple of miles per day. Haven’t had luck with non-adjustable ones because my stubby legs are pretty thicc.
Side-note: May consider different shoes, but hiking in an area where it rains almost everyday half the year means some trails require pretty chunky shoes and I’m not sure I’ll ever find something perfect from a shoe standpoint.
