2015 KANSAS STATE
* Starting QB hurt during the first game. Backup has been inconsistent and the offense has sputtered at times. Young freshman QB tore his knee up and has not been able to play.
* Inexperienced receiving corps without a true #1.
* Young overall offensive unit with only four Senior starters.
* Strong and experienced defensive line.
* Young overall defensive unit (due to injuries) with only three Senior starters.

Currently 4-6 with KU this week and a tough but winnable home game next week.
#62 Scoring Offense - 29.7 ppg
#96 Scoring Defense - 32.7 ppg

This season OK State is ranked in the Top 10 and they are competing for a Big 12 Championship. Same Head Coach. Same Offensive Coordinator. Same Defensive Coordinator. I am not saying that we will match these results next season, but there are some similarities between the two teams. Things usually improve as young teams mature.
