Not that I'll remember any of your answers but I'd like to know what everyone's expectation is for you to feel, for the moment, at least, that we are back on the right track. What are your minimum expectations and what are your optimistic expectations? I'll start with my own:

Non-conference - I expect to have a record similar to this year. We may get our losses in a different place but 11-2 is about where I think we need to finish. My minimum would be 10-3 if we had a really rough schedule and maybe lost a heart-breaker on the road (not at home). Optimistically, I think we could go undefeated as long as our schedule is soft upfront.

Conference - I expect to have a winning record in the conference and not lose a game in Bramlage. I expect that, with a still somewhat young team, we still may struggle a bit on the road but not like this year. I would expect losses at KU, W. Virginia, Texas, Texas Tech, Iowa State, Baylor and maybe one more. That would make us 11-7. That is my expectation. My minimum would be 10-8 and optimistically, I think we can compete for the Big XII if everyone is healthy including Stokes.

Post season - I expect NCAA and will not accept anything less than this. If we go to the NIT next year, Bruce Weber should be fired. I also expect that we should land an 8 seed or better. The minimum that I would accept is the last 4 byes. In my mind, making a play-in game next year does not count as making the NCAA tournament (although I'd take it this year in a heartbeat). My most optimistic projection would have us as a 2 or 3 seed and playing in a pod in KC, Oklahoma or Omaha (wherever the local pods are next year).
