LSU defensive tackle Travonte Valentine is transferring to Arizona Western Community College, according to The Advocate. Valentine was a four-star recruit out of high school -- the No. 3 DT according to 247Sports -- and was part of LSU's No. 2 ranked recruiting class in 2014.
Valentine never played a down for the Tigers after the NCAA did not make him eligible to play in 2014 due to academic issues.
