I just genuinely do not understand how they pick this. I can read the criteria but some of it makes no sense at all. Not trying to take away from other players but how do dudes like Mike Hass WR Oregon State (2002-2005) and Moe Gardner DT Illinois (1987-1990) get in when dudes like Shaun Alexander, Warrick Dunn, Josh Heupel, Marvin Harrison, Kevin Hardy, Tony Gonzalez and of course our own Michael Bishop not make it? Seems to me a lot of dudes just look at stats and don't think about how the games changed. There are many more on the ballot that IMO did a lot more for CFB than Hass or Gardner did. Once again I'm not saying Hass or Gardner don't deserve to also be in it just makes little sense to me how some of these dudes get voted in while others don't.
Either way here's the ballot of finalists https://footballfoundation.org/news/2021/6/2/2022-college-football-hall-of-fame-ballot-released.aspx and here is the 2022 class https://footballfoundation.org/news...2022-college-football-hall-of-fame-class.aspx congrats to all those who made it.
