Fresh off his OV this weekend, Georgia-based ATH Hannibal Carter Navies commits to K-State. He’s a project; but he’s also 6-3 and has the size to play a role for K-State in the future. It might take time, but I think there’s a chance he’s a dynamic player in the future.
