Are all these tickets/sections in NEZ GA (first come first serve)?

That's right. But it's really nice. They police entry to the section because these seats are more desirable than the upper deck corners or south end zone. Result is it's not overly crowded and you can spread your party out more than normal bench seating. Most people sit in the middle and I've found we can easily move between the extremes of top and bottom. Will often do so depending on what end KState is driving towards. A blanket or stadium chairs are respected to reserve your space.
