I've recently decided to entertain the thought of Sean Snyder as the Head Coach and something interesting has taken place, it might just frickin work. My hypothesis is founded on one main principle, program management. Here's my 3 compelling tenants for the case for Sean:

1. Head Coach is a manager. I'm willing to suppose that 96% of all new major hires have either been a hot up and comer Coordinator or super stud recruiter with some sex appeal. I'll also guess that nearly 95% of them failed due to not being able to manage a program and run the entire thing. This is the main foundation of why this silly venture may just work out....Sean has demonstrated the ability to run the program as Bill has stated many many times. One could also say that he has run the program rather well. I don't think KSU is in good position to lure a proven HC from another program.

2. He'll value recruiting and a staff comprised of fresh blood. Which will also be refreshing and energizing for both the fans and the players. Enough said

3. He'll have the Legend near and dear to call on when needed. This also ties into why no one of high caliber pedigree would want to step in to follow Bill, because Bill casts an enormous shadow.

It almost has to be Sean.
