Our President has once again shown how simplistic he thinks and how poor he is at everything involving his role as President. He went to the Middle East and talked about fighting terrorism together and how we don't really care that much about their human rights abuses. Aside from the morality question of a President saying that, he also seemed to be pressuring our ME partners. Lo-and-behold when he returns home Qatar is isolated from the ME community and Trump proudly yells on Twitter that it's because of his words and actions in the ME. He must not have known that Qatar is one of the most important bases for the US in the world and today we receive word from Tillerson that the US fight against ISIS is being hindered because of the blockade the Saudis and others imposed.
So in sum, the President is proudly taking credit for an action that is hindering our own military's ability to fight terrorism.
