Harry Trotter, the Louisville preferred walk-on RB that recently announced he'd transfer, is going to transfer to Kansas State (also as a walk-on). He's from Atchison, KS and attended Maur Hill for high school.
The plan that the two sides have worked out, we're told, is that he needs to get his butt to Manhattan before this season, because he has to sit out a year, and he's only worth it to them if he can be eligible in 2019.
