The "official" stadium capacity is 50,000 and never changes regardless of the new mega west side addition, north endzone construction and now Shamrock Zone. 53,811 is the reported record for the 2000 Nebraska game.
There were some stands lost because of additions, but it seems the changes would be net addition.
