what’s to stop the shoe companies or even the universities from offering the parents of a big time recruit a bullish consultant gig or money to start their own AAU team. Say instead of paying $100,000 of under the table money...they just pay them 150,000 of legit taxable money to give speeches and attend public appearances at events as long as their kid attends the school. I mean Mario Chalmers’ Dad to KU was obviously a creative package deal so why not. Let me know if you think this is a good idea and I’ll offer it to some of these kids mom’s. I got some quick work for them.
