Amino acids and nutrients for horticulture/ aqua culture and feed

I recently started a business to repurpose ingredients that would typically go into supplements and Food but will likely go to waste for one reason or another

Looking for creative ways to move this for companies and realized that fertilizers use amino acids, minerals among others

Would be great to chat with someone knowledgeable in horticulture, aquaculture, animal feed and any other areas that this may applicable.
