An offer in South Florida

After I post yesterday that K-State isn't recruiting Florida, it tossed out a rare offer in the state. Miramar DE Owen Carney (2017) got a KSU offer today.

I like this dude. Only reason he doesn't have a ranking is because he is 2017 and we haven't gotten around to ranking many of those guys yet. He's a high-3/low-4 star guy. Really interested to see him on the camp circuit this year.
