Hearing that Payne performed very well today at camp in front of the staff. I would truly be surprised if K-State doesn't offer in the next few days, similar to what we saw recently with Aidan Mills for instance. In my opinion, it's all up to Bill Snyder personally signing off on the offer now because my gut says Blake Seiler is on board after this weekend.
I'll also add this: Assuming the Wildcats do offer Payne soon, it's likely they'll add commitment #10 to the 2017 class. That's what I'm hearing anyway.
