I think it's obvious at this point the team rallies around anything they put at QB besides Joe. His indecisiveness has cost him his leadership and frankly we are better off with Banks once he is well. Joe is more likely to self destruct than to make a play. I Delton and Banks should see increased work loads once they return.
Sadly I say all this because Kody is likely done. If he were healthy it would be a no brainer.
