Anyone else find themselves less excited this year?

So I’m usually really pumped for this week because what’s more fun that watching KState destroy KU? Problem is this year there’s absolutely nobody in their fanbase that seems to have any hope or belief that they’ll win. I just can’t get as excited for a bloodbath knowing that KU fans are so disinterested and checked out on the season because it’s more fun to watch a spirit crushing ass kicking than just a normal ass kicking.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still enjoy myself. I just don’t think I’ll enjoy myself as much as I have in prior years. Anyone else feeling the same way?
