I know this is OT but there are some members here who are very experienced with preparing meat so I'm seeking wisdom. I was not familiar with Sous Vide but several weeks ago I was treated to some steaks cooked this way. Unreal results. Best steak I've ever had...by far. I just bought a unit for myself and am looking for any suggestions, resources for instructions etc. There are a number of things I've found online but am looking for the best resources for a beginner. I spoke with a large wholesale meat market in Denver and they told me many top restaurants they serve (Vail, Aspen, Breck etc) use this method to prepare steaks. Thank you!
