Those are two REALLY weak arguements. Where's the data that supports these conclusions? Just how many kids in Ohio are going to want to play for KSU because of this? We can't recurity Ohio now? Now think about their logic--we DON:T want Houston because it would take recruits away from us. But Cinn won't?
What about the additional travel costs, and splitting the revenues with a non-P5 school? How many new TV viewers will this generate--not just population numbers?
A Cinn or UConn will be even less relevant to the conference than WVU is now.
