Now. Vs Big 12 play.
Honestly i think CFP discussions were just hype and unrealistic, maybe even Big 12 title contention were as well ( i'm not giving up on that potential,l totally just yet)
As for the game itself, yes very disappointing//frustrating. But personally I'd be far more concerned if I felt Vandy truly exposed some weakness on the team that is making me panic or become cautious about the team going forward.
Defensively, other than that first big drive by Vandy i couldn't ask more from them, yes even J. Kirby, who after initial shakiness played well.
Game just felt like one of those nights where nothing goes right, stuff this team routinely does well they struggled with.
Extremely correctable stuff. My only big complaint was Dimel/Snyder's playcalling. Sick of hearing how diverse and vast this offense is when we seemingly run maybe a dozen different plays.
