the NCAA should just come out and say that it's okay to give money to the kids or their parents to convince them to come to your school ... academic fraud is also okay.
I mean the NCAA did nothing to Auburn and Cam Newton, because Cam didn't know his parents received money (cough cough... now that's a good one).
