What are the odds all assistants work through the end of their contracts in February regardless of their status past that date?

The bowl season is already a shit show nationwide because of the amount of transfers allowed to take place before bowl games.

High school recruiting is largely done, with transfer season just beginning.

I hate being patient, but it's the only way I can keep my sanity, because there's no way at least 3-4 of these staff members need to be here next season.

This thread isn't to pile on those guys, but simply to discuss what if they all work until February?

We'd be talking about buyouts of what, 70-90k per coach at this point? Is that worth it? What's the return on that rather than just having everything lined up for February when new staff members take over?
