AT&T commercials are getting old

I was on the phone in Manila yesterday for 1 hour 55 minutes, transferred 4 times and then got disconnected. The Worst customer service and it appears they could care less. So when the ATT girl shows up on the tourney every other break, I want to throw a shoe through the screen. Anyone else have trouble with them?
