At this point, how could an extension possibly help recruiting?

I'm right here
There are no players out there worth a damn. At this point, it's a much better solution to fire him (assuming a replacement is available). Even with an extension, he's a dead man walking, recruiting-wise. Why load up on worthless players and dump them on the next coach?

If we choose not to fire him, please, please, please don't let him cost us more money. Let's just play out next season and let a new coach start fresh. Two million a year? smh.

Iowa State, among other schools, reloads almost every year. Huggins brought more talent in one year than Bruce has in six. At this point a Bruce extension only hurts us in future years.

I say, take the medicine. We should have let him go a year (or 2) ago. He was in a no-win situation--and that hasn't changed.
