Surely no one values these as part of their season ticket package.
Wish we'd play them at Emporia St, Ft Hays St, Washburn...in order to give our local fans there a chance to easily see the team. Would give the players a decent atmosphere and some adversity to face in a motivated opponent and hostile crowd.
Losing an exhibition game because you're feeling out your team is meaningless. Took multiple OT for Huggins to beat Washburn and we had a decent season.
If you alternated playing first exhibition at home and second on the road it would be a real event for those towns, I'd think.
