Did a search for recruits we are possibly after that are uncommitted as of yet and got this listing
One that really stood out to me is the 6' 9" 5 star power forward Jarrett Allen (Link) out of Austin Texas. Rivals has his interest in us as high...he has already taken 4 visits none being us. Wouldn't that be a nice get?! I would think he would be able to come in and start right away but I don't know the kids back story.
There were a couple 4 stars with a medium interest in us:
Alpha Diallo (Link) a 6' 5" small forward who has an offer from us...I would imagine Xavier Sneed's commitment might of cooled us off on him. Does not have an overwhelming offer list.
Deshawn Corprew (Link) a 6' 5" shooting guard. We have not offered him but he has only three teams listed as medium interest with the rest being no interest. Has offers from Wichita State, Florida State, Virginia Tech, Texas among others but it shows he has no interest in these teams.
There were also a few 3 stars with a medium interest in us
AJ Wilson, (Link)a 6' 7" small forward. We have not offered. Has offers from Monmouth, Penn State, & UCF along with an interest in several other schools.
Jalen Harris (Link) a 6' point guard. We have offered as well as Tulsa. KSU & Tulsa are the only schools to of offered that he has interest in. He has interest in Colorado State, Seton Hall, South Carolina, and Utah which all have not offered.
Devonte Green (Link) a 6' 1" shooting guard. Has a nice offer list with us being one of those as well as interest in a lot of other schools.
There were a handful of no star kids only one of which we have offered...Bourame Sidibe a 6' 9" power forward. He has some other decent offers including SMU, Arizona State, & Seton Hall.
What say you on position of need for the 1 (3 seniors departing...Hurt, Edwards, & Rohleder with 2 commits) remaining scholarship? I think the staff can go alot of different ways with the remaining scholarship leaving me to think you get the best player you can get who is the best fit.
*EDIT* There are 2 remaining scholarships to be given out. I had forgotten about Brandon Bolden.
