It's hard to give a description of what it is.. but watching our BB team it is easy to see what it looks like when you don't have it. We look good running our offense against a team that plays average or below average defense.. like most people do. Our defense looks good when we are playing most teams... but when we play a team like tech, beaks, wv it just shows up big time. When teams try to impose their will on us physically we just melt like butter on a summer day. Our kids play hard.. see play hard chart.. but that extra umpppp is just not in our blood. Starts with our HC and works it's way down. I have no confidence that we would ever beat teams that just physically get after you, and it shows. That part will never improve with BW as coach... he is too old to change his stripes.. it is what it is.. I hope the people in positions to make changes see it also..
