I am in search of the best buffalo wing recipes, although I think I may have found one.
At a recent work event we had Firebird's Grill in Wichita cater, and someone ordered a platter of their smoked wings, holy crap those things were amazing. I set out to replicate them and I think I've nailed it. Dry rub a good amount of Tone's 6-Pepper Blend seasoning (available at Sams) on some wings, them smoke them 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees on your smoker (I used a Traeger pellet grill with apple wood). At that high temp the wings get nice and crispy and the smokey & spicey seasoning is so good the wife and I fight over them.
Does anyone else have any good recipes, especially for the grill or smoker?
