I think there is general agreement that neither Republicans nor Democrats have the stomach to reduce government spending or the size of our bloated federal bureaucracy. Any guesses how long before this Ponzi scheme collapses and what will it look like? Default? National Jubilee? Chapter 7 re-organization? Convert all global debt to strategic drawing rights at the IMF?
