I imagine Oregon and Washington end up in the Big 10.
This move makes sense to me - take the closest geographical schools that you can reasonably get, let the leftovers wither in whatever conference they find. This adds a tremendous amount of streamers/TVs to the pie and probably makes the next conference payout a bit better than it would be without them.
