Ohio State @ OU
Oh how upsetting it must have been for the TV execs to watch OU lose to Houston.
This was going to be a huge game between two Top 5 teams.

For the Big 12, I hope OU wins, but I would call it a toss-up at best.
The biggest positive in OU’s favor is all of the new starters on Ohio State’s team.
That said, I watched an OU team play Houston that thought they were already invited the play-off. Mayfield thought he was going to roll to a Heisman trophy season, not so fast my friend.

Pitt & Okie State
I see this game going either way. The Panthers are coming off an emotional win over Penn State, which should work in Okie State’s favor. Though the Pokes are coming off a jolting loss to a MAC school. The Pokes just don’t seem like a very tough team (when your coach has a mullet, that’s a problem). At home, I will give the Pokes and their stick beaters a very slight edge.

La Tech & Texas Tech
Another scary game for the Big 12. La Tech lost a lot of good players off their team from a year ago (including their QB), but LaTech gave Arkansas all they wanted. TT has no defense.
Tech will likely outscore Tech (ha). TT at home should post a W (in a close shootout).

Texas @ Cal
Win one big game and all of a sudden Texas is a play-off favorite…ha ha.
There are just some programs that the media loves to love.
Didn’t Texas finish with a losing record last year, they beat ND (who may not be that good this year) and now they are ranked #11 in the country…LOL.

Miami would be ranked right there with Texas if the Canes had actually played a decent program, Florida A&M and FAU won’t get you much hype, but still good enough to get you ranked…LOL.
I watched CAL play Hawaii … they’re not very good, Texas should be able to win this one.

Baylor @ Rice
One thing hasn’t changed in Waco… super easy non-con.

Ku @ Memphis.
I’m not sure how good Memphis is this year, but they won’t have to be very good to pummel ku.
I almost always pull for the Big 12 team to win their non-con games, with one exception… you guessed it, the Birds.

Iowa State @ TCU
The Big 12 can’t lose this one…ha.
Iowa State obviously does not look very good, but this would be the perfect time to play TCU. The Frogs are coming off a very emotional double overtime loss to Arkansas (a game that the FROGS should have won). Still, Iowa State has issues… TCU wins.

FAU @ Kansas State
The Miami Hurricane crowd last week is going to seem like a loud merry-go-round to the FAU players compared to BSFS. K-State should win by 20+ points.

GO STATE !!
