The media had him convicted, but part of the jury saw it differently. The one point from this trial and the Anita Hill/Clarence Thomas case I do not understand is why any judicial system will allow a "sexual misconduct claim" to continue when the man and woman continue to have a relationship after the alleged misconduct occurs.
