I am clearly reaching here and have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to legal matters. Could a hypothetical hire of Sean Snyder be challenged in court under some type of nepotism law? I know both the state of KS and Kansas State University have anti-nepotism laws in place. Couldn't someone argue that Bill Snyder would clearly be making the hire and that Sean Snyder isn't qualified for the job.....thus he was only being hired based on being a direct relative of the person doing the hiring?

Probably not a chance in hell that's even possible. Just curious.
