Received a loaded message from Breontae Matthews overnight, some of which I'll share now and some of which I'll save for later

First things first, he's excited about the new interest K-State is showing in Joe Kupcikevicius. The junior college market in Cali seems to be pretty tight knit and everyone kind of knows each other somehow through social media, so I guess the thought of the two joining Beecham on the same offensive line is highly intriguing for Matthews. The Fullerton College prospect also informs me that based on knowledge he has of the developing situation with Kupcikevicius, the Wildcats are eyeing the latest target at guard and not as a replacement for Matthews at tackle -- good news for Matthews in regards to K-State.
Secondly, Matthews wanted to let me know that his visit to Mizzou will happen this weekend and he'll have a decision shortly after. That being said, he does read this message board and has seen some of the comments directed towards him 'blowing smoke' (my word choice, not his) about K-State. He wanted to remind fans how much he enjoyed that K-State visit still and how much he respects Bill Snyder and Charlie Dickey, adding, "I'm no Coney Durr. I'm a man of my word."
