with another 11.00 (he beat several 10.7/10.8 guys). I can't wait for somebody to call him slow again. You might want to read below before doing so.

Time for some context here. He is basically one race from making the 4A state final.

There are four regionals (in each class) in Texas. Each regional consists of 10 districts. A district consists of 5 or 6 teams. There are three qualifying meets to even make the state track meet (they don't have a 100 meter prelims at state in Texas). Top 4 in a district qualifies for an area meet (area is two combined districts), top 4 in an area meet qualifies for a regional. Top 2 in the regional qualifies for State.

So right now he has made the top eight from a region (roughly 50-60 schools) and the relays times of just his regional are better than or on par with 6A KS (the 4x100 boys times are under 42 secs)
