The ku women's bb player who was kicked in the face last year by Vick and who had her car damaged by Jackson (and others?) is challenging why she was immediately suspended from the next game and why Jackson has not been suspended. Her father is trying to get answers from ku and not finding success so they have hired a Title 9 lawyer to help them against the university.
