So, as the debate about the coaching future of K-State Football continues, we see the "poor ol K-State" crowd weighing in from time-to-time. In that light, just a reminder, we don't have a University President that's trying to solidify his diversity legacy by hiring an offensive line coach who sometimes called plays at Virginia, anymore. But I digress.

I was reading that one of many things that Mclwain (so?) was doing to rub the Florida admin the wrong way was bitching about facilities. Now somewhat in their defense Florida built a “cute” little addition to their football offices a few years back. But nothing near to the scope of Vanier 2.0. Auburn is putting a “cute” admin/player addition on to Jordan Hare, but nothing close to Vanier 2.0. I’ve already mentioned how Vanier blows Alabama’s facility away (except weight room).

K-State Football has great player/admin facilities and there’s some practice facility related tidbits perculating out there as well, but keep in mind the grass practice field was totally overhauled when they did the soccer field, and of course the large indoor facility.

Any new coach from outside the program will be thrilled with what he has to work with facilities wise. K-State is a have in that regard, a very high level HAVE. Not a “have not”.
