can't wait to get to manhattan

seems like alot of medical people are moving back to manhattan. my daughter is a resident dr. at the university of buffalo, ny. she will finish up in the summer of 17 and looks like she might be moving back to manhattan then.she is an ent surgeon[ear,nose,and throat]. probably start looking for houses in 12-18 months or place to build, preferably north of manhattan. she can't wait!!
