CBD question

I am curious what experiences you may have had using CBD products. I tried the oil as an additive to tea for back pain with no results. Then I recently tried a topical cream for arthritis in my knee. It has eliminated about 90% of the discomfort. I’m using 250 mg strength. I am curious if a higher strength can give better results. I know this way OT but thought I’d give it a try. Thanks!
