3 weeks ago coach said we needed to be able to pass out of it. Last night, Joe split out to the left of the formation by himself. He was guarded as he walked out there, but when the whole team got set, his defender went in to blitz, and was standing 20 yards off of Joe. Jones didn't hike the ball for another 5 or 6 seconds and Joe was waving at him the whole time. Jones didn't even look over. My question is how do we not coach him to look over there, especially since it was talked about so much after the LA Tech game and they were doing the same thing.
