Matt & Derek - I absolutely LOVE that you guys are using these chat sessions to regularly interact with your customers. I always felt that the chats were a great AND easy way for you to feed the needs of your customers AND for the customers to have access to you all, but I could never get the previous management to make them a regular thing. They would do one every once in a while, but otherwise it seemed that they resisted. It drove me crazy and seemed bad business.
Anyway, again, thank you for making the chat sessions a regular thing! Please please please keep them going!
