My son is an underclaasmen that was invited to the Elite 11 camp in Chicago this weekend and after seeing the whole camp, 2 people stood out that had KSU ties.
Skyler Thompson was the best QB there. No question. They base MVP on more than camp performance, as they spend the year watching tape, but he was much better than the camp MVP Messiah DeWeaver who wilted under pressure in the 7-on-7 finals.
Tre Bryant is the real deal. He only had a 4.53 forty, but he had the 2nd highest SPARQ score in the nation this year. His route running was sick. He made people look foolish. And he is a running Back! He has visited KSU and has no scholarship offers yet, but that could change after this week. Just an update.
