What about Chip for a replacement for Snyder? We as a fan base are conditioned to guys who don't like dealing with the media, so seems that would fit with Chip. He could take a year to build a recruiting class similar to what Huggins did.
I know he's not #family but would be a guy that should be capable of sustaining and building upon what we have here. Not like Eugene Oregon is a recruiting hotbed outside of what Phil Knight has given them resource wise.
