I know the guy has a cannon for a leg, but he is 5-9 on field goals for his career, and a lot of his kicks (even extra points) sneak just inside the crossbars.
He had a horrible game today, and even early in the game on 4th and 10 from the 35, Klieman did not trust Tennant to kick a 52 yard field goal, even though distance is not supposed to be an issue for Tennant.
Edit: I am way too hard on Tennant and would be ashamed if I said something like this to his face. He knows he's got to improve, and I'm rooting for him.
