Some small details on Christian Jegen today.
First off, he'll have in-home visits from Northern Iowa and Western Illinois beginning tonight. I know UNI has already offered and if Western Illinois hasn't yet it wouldn't surprise me if they do too.
As for FBS progress, I'm told that KU and Iowa seem to be the two schools trying hardest to "make something happen". Even Michigan has started contact recently, so clearly this recruitment is gaining some traction. That begins said, sounds as though this recruitment will go close to Signing Day still because there are a lot of moving parts still (decommitments, coaching changes, etc.)
Also, in case you missed it, Jegen was finally evaluated for the postseason rankings and landed at #6 on the Kansas 2016 list. 3-stars.
