Co Springs Residents, Peregrine or Cheyenne MT?

I know there are several Springs Cats on here. Which area would you rather live? Cheyenne Mt(D12) or the Peregrine/Rockrimmon area(D20). Been looking at houses in both areas. School district is important but both of those are very good. Access to trail systems(the dirt kind) and outdoor activities is also desired.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. TIA
