Fitz said in a recent podcast that Weber's conference record over past 12 years was 106-106 and that is definition of Mediocrity. However, 9-9 in Big 12 conference would get you to NCAA tournament every year.
His conference record in Power 5 is actually 134-110 (NOT 106-106) over past 14 years; edit: it is 106-106 over past 12 years; He is 45-45 in Big 12 with rebuild year last year, where he was 5-13.

Shaka Smart may be on very hot seat after 3rd year if they don't go to NCAA tournament next year. But unless more go to NBA, he should have a good nucleus for year 4.
