Coaching Scenario - My hope

Coach decides to hang it up at the end of the year and Leavitt comes in as Head Coach. The good about this is that he's proven, he wants the job and he's from the Snyder Tree. I would like to see Collin moved up to offensive Coordinator and after 5 - 6 years with Leavitt, Collin will be in a position to move up to head coach. I say 5 -6 years because Leavitt is in his later 60's I believe and his retirement would be right around the corner. Keep Seiler and Coleman and go out and find the best up and coming coaches to come and recruit and coach. Just my 2 cents on a slow day. EMAW
