College Basketball Parity

Duke
UNC
Kentucky
Louisville
Indiana
Arizona
Syracuse
Michigan State

Really feels like the opposite of college football and their parity issue right now.

Some ranked teams:
1. Gonzaga - Small Catholic school in the WCC
2. Baylor - Private school with poor bball history
3. Villanova - Private catholic school, Big East
4. Iowa - Not exactly a bball power
8. Houston - AAC
11. Creighton - Big East private school
12. Texas Tech - No basketball history
