Appears to be a commitment coming. Whoever it is slipped by because this is a surprise to me.
My guess is it's someone Dickey recruits because he put it out on Twitter first. My initial guesses for 2018 would be Mike Ruth (just visited) or Spencer Trussell (visits tomorrow I believe).
